|Abstract:||The third molar teeth are last to erupt and have a relatively high chance of becoming impacted. In addition, because chewing loads are an important determinant of mandible and teeth sizes This study will be carried out at the dental clinics of the college of dentistry najran university. All patient aged from 18-22 years ,300 patients will be included in this examine for presence or absence of impacted teeth .The dental examinations will be carried out . The diagnosis of missing or impacted will be confirmed by intra oral periapical radiographic and panoramic view . The collected data will be analysis statistically.
